If the External Examiner requests only an electronic verion of the dissertation then submission of a printed copy of the dissertation is not required.

If you wish an extension to the embargo period, it is your responsibility to contact the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies no later than two months before the release date.
If ethics approval was required for the research, the Preface must list the Certificate Number s of the Ethics Certificate s applicable to the project. The account of the scholarly work should be presented in a manner suitable for the field.
It is your responsibility to submit your thesis for review well in advance of deadlines 3 – 5 days is recommended in order to allow yourself time to make changes if necessary.
